To serve high quality products with more competitive prices, Yillong Chemical Group R&D department is continuing its search and investigations. Celocell HPMC and Celocell HEC
We have started to produce our new modified Celocell HPMC and Celocell HEC types in the third quarter of 2009. More information can be collected from our sales representatives.
REACH
Yillong Chemical Group has successfully applied and completed REACH pre-registrations for our all registered products. We are closely following the further steps for complete REACH registration.


	Q: How can I get more information about the products?
	A: You can get basic technical information about our products from the PRODUCTS menu in our website. Also, you can download all technical data sheets from the QUALITY & SUPPORT menu. 	Q: May I learn current price conditions of the products?
	A: Yes, please send an email to sales@yil-long.com Our sales representatives will reply you in 24 hours about your requirements.
	Q: Do you have an agent/distributor to buy your products in my country?
	A: Yillong Chemical has more than 30 different official agents all over the world. You can get more technical and commercial information from our agents serving to customers in your country. We can give contact information of our agents after receiving your request and market information.
	Q: Which delivery ways can be used to purchase the products?
	A: We can make cargo deliveries with vessel, plane, truck and train depending on the destination.
	Q: Which types of packing are you using for the products?
	A: We are using 25kg multi-layer paper bags and we are palletizing them as shrink-wrapped. But, we are able to use 500-1000 kg jumbo bags in case of any special requests.
	Q: What is the minimum order amount that we can buy directly from China via vessel?
	A: The total amount should be at least one pallet and we can load 600kg – 1000kg in a pallet depending on the product type. We are not recommending loading less than one pallet because of product safety inside the container. If you need less than these amounts, it’s better to make the delivery with air cargo.
	Q: How many days can we receive the products in our destination port?
	A: In general, we are able to make our shipments in 5 -15 days after getting the official order. And it can take about 7 – 30 days depending on the distance and transportation way to arrive to the final port. These days can show slight variations according to the season and products.
	Q: If we have any technical questions or complaints after the shipment, which process should we follow?
	A: Please contact with our sales representatives within 30 days after the receipt of the products in case of any complaints. For other technical requests, you can contact with us in 7/24.
	Q: I have learned that you have already had an agent in my country, but, I want to sell your products to my own customer via my own trader company. Can you supply products to me?
	A: We are sorry; it’s not possible. We are applying exclusivity rights to our agents and we should protect them in their market. Your customers should contact with our official agents directly.
	Q: Which quality standards are you applying in your production facilities?
	A: Our all production and manufacturing activities are certificated by ISO 9001 : 2008 quality standards.
	Q: Are you able to produce specific modified grades for my own formulation?
	A: It’s not a problem. Our well experienced technical team and high-tech laboratories are able to check your special requests and we can produce different modified products for each different customer. Please just contact with our sales representatives.
	Q: Can you combine my orders for different products in the same container?
	A: Certainly, we are able to make mix container shipments with our different products in the same container.
	Q: How can I visit your company and production facilities to make face to face meetings?
	A: Welcome to China! Please just contact with our sales representatives for a suitable time arrangement. Then, we can help you to get your visa and hotel bookings. Also, you can contact with our sales representatives in famous exhibitions and meetings conducted in every year such as; China Coat, Middle East Coating Show, European Coating Show, American Coating Show, etc..
